How to have your account and associated data deleted

If you would like to delete your account for one of our apps, follow the instructions below to submit your request. This applies to:

How to request deletion

Send an email to kimcuc@samatica.com with the subject line:

Request to Delete My SAMATICA Account — [your username or account ID]

Please include the following details in your email:

  • Your full name
  • The app the account belongs to
  • Your username or account ID, if applicable
  • Your reason for deletion — optional, but appreciated

Example email

Subject: Request to Delete My SAMATICA Account — [your username or account ID]

Dear SAMATICA support team,

I would like to request the deletion of my account. Here are my details:

Full name: [your name]
App: [app name]
Username or account ID: [your username or ID]

Thank you for processing this request.

Best regards,
[your name]

What happens next

Once we receive your request, we will review and confirm the deletion within 7 business days. For security reasons, please send the request from the email address associated with your account.
